It owns and operates the site www.happilyunmarried.com.<br/><br/>The aggregate investment, including the above, is now Rs.94 million in Happily Unmarried Private Limited which translates to about 34% stake, as on date which may change based on certain conditions, in the Company on a fully converted and diluted basis.
