INFO EDGE (INDIA) LTD. - De-classification as a Promoter

Info Edge (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors, on August 27, 2014, has considered and approved, by way of a Resolution passed by Circulation, the request of Mr. Ambarish Raghuvanshi to de-classify him from the category of Indian Promoters' under all applicable statutes and consequently classifying his residual shareholding in the Company under the category of 'Non-Promoters/Public Shareholding' with immediate effect.<br/><br/>Mr. Ambarish Raghuvanshi had ceased to be the Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. the end of day on May 31, 2014 and since then he is no longer involved in the day to day management of the Company.<br/><br/>The Company will be showing Mr. Ambarish Raghuvanshi as part of 'Non-Promoters/Public Shareholding' in future in various intimations/disclosures etc. required to be made by it.
