INFO EDGE (INDIA) LTD. - Grant of Stock Options

Info Edge (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company through a circular resolution passed on November 09, 2015 has granted 2,500 Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs) at an exercise price of Rs. 738.20 per SAR to the eligible employees of the Company with the following terms & conditions:<BR><BR>i. The above SARs shall vest over a period of 3 years.<BR><BR>ii. The said SARs shall be exercisable within a period of 5 years from the date of grant i.e. November 04, 2020.
