Infosys Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, the Company has submitted a copy of the Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading titled Corporate Policy Statement On Investor Relations and Insider Trading Policy respectively.<BR><BR>The aforementioned codes have been uploaded on the Companys website- www.infosys.com
