Infosys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2014, inter alia, has <br/>recommended a final dividend of Rs. 43/- per equity share for the financial ended March 31, 2014. The payment is subject<br/>to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on June 14, 2014.
