Infraquest International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2015, has authorized the director to execute from listing agreement with stock exchange in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015.
