We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all Directors/officers/Designated persons will remain closed from Monday April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024.
