We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all Directors/Officers/Designated Persons will remain closed from Tuesday 01st October, 2024 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.
