INGERSOLL-RAND (INDIA) LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Ingersoll-Rand (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 07, 2014, inter alia, has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share for the financial year 2013-14. The payment of final dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
