This is in continuation to our intimation letter dated August 23, 2024 wherein the Company had filed the Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2023-24 with the stock exchanges. Following our earlier submission, the revised Integrated Annual Report of the Company which is enclosed herewith now include the Secretarial Audit Report in Form MR-3 of Univentis Medicare Limited and Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited (unlisted material subsidiaries of the Company) by Jaspreet Dhawan & Associates dated May 29, 2024 and Deepti & Associates Practicing Company Secretaries dated May 14, 2024 respectively as a part of the Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24.
