The Company is adopting the Indian Accounting Standards ('IND-AS') from the financial year 2017-18, in accordance with clause 2.1.6 of SEBI Circular dated 5 July 2016, the Company may submit its financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2017 to the Stock Exchanges on or before 14 September 2017.
