Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has commenced the Commercial Operations of a Multiplex Cinema Theatre taken on Lease basis, located at INOX Leisure Limited, 4th Floor, Sattva Necklace Mall, Kavadiguda Main Road, Secunderabad - 500080, with effect from today, i.e. Friday, 6th May, 2022. The said Multiplex Cinema Theatre has 7 screens and 1528 seats. INOX is now present in 72 cities with 162 Multiplexes, 688 screens and a total seating capacity of 1,54,424 seats across India.
