INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from today, i.e. April 18, 2016, till completion of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.<BR><BR>The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
