Insecticides (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2015, inter alia, will discuss the various modes of raising funds including through a Qualified Institutions Placement / GDR / ADR / Preferential Allotment or any other mode that the Board may decide for the purposes meeting the requirement of funds to implement the business plans of the Company.
