The meeting of the creditors of ('Creditors Meeting') Insilco Limited ('Company') was convened on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM IST through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to approve the shareholders resolution for replacement of the liquidator of the Company, passed in the Adjourned Extra-ordinary General Meeting('EGM') of the Company held on 22 November 2022 in terms of Section 59(3)(c) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('Code').
