Insolation Energy Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in accordance with the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended or any other law for the time being in force and the Company''s code of conduct of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure to Regulate, Monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the Half year ending on 30th September, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2024 will be intimated separately in due course of time.
