With reference to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, as required in terms of Regulation 30, 33 and other applicable provisions of Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors of Inspirisys Solutions Limited at its meeting held on 10th May, 2023 has inter alia: 1. Considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results along with Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the period ended 31st March, 2023 on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. 2. Considered and approved the Audit Report. 3. Considered the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualification for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 in respect to Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Statement.
