Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the registered office of the Company, has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The said financial results, along with the Limited Review Report, were duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors.
