Further to intimation dated September 15, 2025, informing that Green Infra Profiles Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, is proposing to transfer its office flat, it is informed that transfer of sub-leasehold rights of an office flat of about 894 square feet completed on 08.10.2025 for a consideration of Rs. 200 lacs.
