Dear Sirs, <BR> Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares under Associate (Employees) Stock Option Plan (ASOP)<BR> <BR> We wish to inform you that the Members of the Stakeholders'' Relationship Committee of the Company vide its Circular Resolution dated October 15, 2020 has approved the allotment of 10,900 shares to Four (04) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme, the allotment of 2,850 shares to Two (02) associates under ISOP 2015 Scheme, the allotment of 45,600 shares to Two (02) associate under ISOP 2016 Scheme and the allotment of 9,300 to One (01) associates under Intellect Incentive Plan Scheme 2018 ('Intellect Incentive Scheme 2018') scheme on October 16, 2020. <BR>
