We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Schedule B of SEBI(Prohibition of Inider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and the Company''s Code of Conduct and Code of fair Disclosure, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all designated persons, shall remain closed from 1st July, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2024
