International Paper APPM Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2015 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the trading window for the equity shares of Company shall remain closed for insiders covered by Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders from June 23, 2015 to July 25, 2015 (both days inclusive).
