Intrasoft Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 02, 2015 to September 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 08, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, September 01, 2015 will be the Cut-off date for determining the shareholders entitle for remote e-Voting facility for the purpose of businesses to be transacted at the aforesaid Annual General Meeting of the Company.
