IP RINGS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with the Company''s code to regulate, monitor and report trading by the insiders, the "Trading Window" would remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the company from July 01, 2024. The trading window will open 48 hours after declaration and dissemination of the said results to the stock exchange. The closure is in connection with the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. The date of Board meeting will be intimated in the due course.
