Ipca Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2015, inter alia, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2015 of the financial year 2015-16 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with immediate effect till closure of trading hours on August 01, 2015.
