IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2017, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2016-17.<BR><BR>Interim Dividend will be paid / dispatched to the equity shareholders of the Company on or before February 20, 2017.
