Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, it is hereby informed that consequent upon the resignation of Shri Hari Mohan Gupta (DIN: 08453476) from the post of Executive Director (Works), Railway Board on 12th October, 2020, he ceased to be a Director on the Board of IRCON w.e.f. 12th October, 2020.
