Ironwood Education Ltd - General-Non Applicability Of Regulation 23(9) Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 For Half Year Ended 31St March, 2024

Pursuant to Regulation 15(2)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the compliance requirement of Regulation 23(9) of Listing Regulation is not applicable to the Company as paid-up equity share capital is not exceeding Rs. 10 crores and net worth is not exceeding Rs. 25 crores as on last day of previous financial year i.e. 31st March, 2023. Hence, the Company is not required to submit Disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the half year ended 31st March, 2024
