In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that the Company has received request for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) from the Shareholder(s) who have lost their original share certificate(s). We are notifying our members about the loss of aforesaid share certificate(s) and advise them not to deal in any way with the lost share certificate(s).
