IST LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our earlier intimation dated 05th February, 2024 w.r.t. the Board Meeting scheduled to be be held on 13th February 2024 to inter alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2023, please note that the intimation is being re-submitted, as it has been observed that the earlier intimation dated 05-02-2024 submitted with the exchange is not opening due to some technical error.
