We enclose, in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, copies of the newspaper clippings of the Notice published on the subject matter on 28th June, 2022 in Kolkata editions of the following newspapers: ? 'Business Standard' (English), and ? 'Aajkal' (Bengali). The aforesaid Notice was also published, inter alia, in the Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and New Delhi editions of Business Standard.
