We write to advise, in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that Mr. Ashok Malik resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from close of work on 31st July, 2017, consequent to his appointment as Press Secretary to the President of India.<BR> <BR> Mr. Malik represented the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India.
