ITC LTD. - Clarifies on News Item

With reference to the news item appearing in media dated April 22, 2015, titled "ITC in talks with century textile to buy it's paper division", ITC Ltd has clarified to BSE that the media report under reference is incorrect. There are no negotiations with any party with respect to the subject matter.
