ITC LTD. - Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to advise that the Company on 18th September, 2017 issued and allotted 33,40,210 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 3,34,021 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR> <BR> Consequently, with effect from 18th September, 2017, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1218,36,46,491/- divided into 1218,36,46,491 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
