ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 01, 2016 to June 03, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 105th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 22, 2016.<BR><BR>The Dividend, if declared, will be paid on July 25, 2016.
