ITC LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for purchasing / selling / pledging or dealing in any manner in the shares of the Company (other than for exercise of Stock Options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes) will be closed from April 01, 2016 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives) under the ITC Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2015. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2016.
