ITC LTD. - Allotment of Shares under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes

ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on March 10, 2015 issued and allotted 36,43,600 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 3,64,360 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR><BR>Consequently, with effect from March 10, 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 800,92,28,891/- divided into 800,92,28,891 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
