ITC LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company is closed for Designated Employees from April 01, 2014, in terms of the ITC Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Annual Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014 to the Stock Exchanges.
