Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Mr. Deba Prasad Roy has completed his 2nd term as Independent Director on the Board of the Company at the close of business hours on 5th August 2021, Consequently, he would cease to be an Independent Director of the Company on and from 6th August, 2021.<BR> <BR> The Board placed on record its deep appropriation of the invaluable advice, guidance and contribution made by Mr. Roy during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.<BR>
