ITD Cementation India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2025.
