ITD Cementation India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on February 21, 2017, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>- Recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 0.30 paisa per equity share of Re. 1/- each (30%) for the financial year ended December 31, 2016.
