ITL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Akhilesh Gautam, Company Secretary of the Company has been appointed as a Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2015, in place of Mr. Manoj Tiwari who has since ceased to be Compliance officer of the Company.
