Approved the Re-Appointment of Mr. Rajendra Jain (DIN: 00256515) as Managing Director of the Company for a term of 3 years and revision in the remuneration with effect from 1st February, 2025 subject to approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 2. Approved the Re-Appointment of Mr. Mahendra Jain (DIN: 00256047) as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a term of 3 years and revision in the remuneration with effect from 1st February, 2025 subject to approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3. Approved the Re-Appointment of Mr. Vinod Kumar Jain (DIN: 10289373) as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 (five) years with effect from August 25, 2025 upto August 24, 2030 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
