IVP LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015, and in compliance with company''s code for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by an insider, We wish to inform that the trading window of the Company will be closed for all the designated persons of the company w.e.f. July 01, 2024 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 and becoming generally available. The date of consideration of the aforesaid financial results shall be intimated in due course.
