IVRCL Assets and Holdings Limited - Equity Shareholders approve Scheme of Arrangement

IVRCL Assets and Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that, at the meeting of the Shareholders of the Company held on February 27, 2012, to consider and approve the "Composite Scheme of Arrangement between M/s. IVRCL Ltd, M/s. IVRCL Assets and Holdings Ltd, M/s. RIHIM Developers Pvt. Ltd and M/s. IVRCL TLT Pvt. Ltd, and their respective shareholders", the Scheme was approved with the requisite majority.
