IVRCL LTD - Allotment of Equity Shares

IVRCL Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has made an allotment of 18,19,60,413 equity shares of Rs.2/- each, at a price of Rs.8.765/- per share, on March 09, 2016 to the Banks/ lenders in terms of RBI Circular dated June 08, 2015 on SDR and provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Issue of Capital Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009.
