IZMO Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Raising of Funds

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 13th November 2025, approved the proposal for raising of funds to the tune of not exceeding Rs. 200 Crore by way issue of Equity Shares or any other Securities through permissible modes subject to all such regulatory/statutory approvals as may required.
