JK Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2014, inter alia, has appointed Smt. Sushila Devi Singhania as an Additional Director in the Board of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
