J.K.CEMENT LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held early today has interalia considered, approved and taken on record the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 ('the results'). Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations, we enclose herewith aforesaid results along with Limited Review Report. A copy of the above is being uploaded in the website of BSE/NSE and Company's website www.jkcement.com. In terms of Regulation 33(3)(b) of Listing Regulations the Board opted to submit unaudited standalone quarterly/year to date financial results .<BR> <BR> The meeting commenced at 12 Noon and concluded at 2.00 P.M.<BR> <BR> Kindly take a note of the same and inform the Members accordingly.<BR>
