The trading window for buying/selling/pledging/trading/dealing(s) etc. in securities of the company shall be closed with effect from Monday, 01st July, 2024 till the end of forty eight hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024.
